from doctor mina assad:
first of all your cat havn't taking any systemic antifungal.
so you can touch with betadine lotion at the place of lesion and then touch with drug called trosyid lotion.
this happen three times daily.

but you have first make sure that is fungal infection not mange or scabies

this previous medication given to cat if it pregnant
but if it not you can give systemic antifungal as follow:
active principal called itraconazole 100 m.g
open capsule and divide it into four quarter and each one taken every day for 8 days then rest for one week and taken other dose like previous one for one week too.
