You cannot introduce the dogs to each other right away, that is dangerous and you will cause a fight. If a fight happens, you cannot make things better for ever
You must put the the new dog inside first and let the old dog sniff her from time to time and then after a week, slowly take them out together ( bu onyl when you are there ) and never leave them alone together NEVER
When the female is in heat then you observe the behaviour of the male first and always make sure you are in control because very quickly it can get nasty
